So Now You Know … !

Yesterday, another client told me that the found my blog in google. I was like … hmmmm..

After 2-3 months of preparation and fights, my clients managed to pull out this very good show at both Pavilion KL & Third Floor Restaurant, which is located in JW Mariott Hotel KL.

In this post, basically you will see the event props before the guests coming into the function area. The elaboration will be coming with the guests’ point of view.

1. The moment you stepped down from your car, you will be greeted by this huge balloon.

2. You will then have to walk on this red carpeted area until you reach the Hugo Boss Store Front.

3. Register yourself at the Reception Counter and this is where the party begins! Free flow of Wine & Vodka! (I must highlight this)

4. After a ribbon cutting ceremony at this outdoor area, guests are invited to the hotel which is located opposite the road, heading to Third Floor Restaurant @ JW Marriott. There is where the party begin!

5. You will then welcomed by this wooden standees with lighted candles on top.

With BOSS Hugo Boss 2D Acrylic Logos on the wall.

6. At the entrance of the restaurant, Shadow Wall being presented.

7. Flower posies on wooden standees.

8. Dessert area, where the guest have their bites here.

9. An area with a combination of cold & warm color. This is area for the guests to mingle around.

10. The place where the bar counter lighted with blue. The effects is pretty cool with the glasses on top.

11. You will see this overall function area from where the models coming out.

12. From the bartender’s point-of-view, you will see the big lightbox at the front for models. This area will be the showcase area by playing with shadows, and following with a walk to the platforms located at the center of this function.
