Due to the OHSAS requirements, most of the staffs from management level until the production team have to attend this so called Pico First Aid & CPR Training Day at Saga Room, Sri Damansara Club.

What is OHSAS 18001?
OHSAS 18000 is an international occupational health and safety management system specification. It comprises two parts, 18001 and 18002 and embraces BS8800 and a number of other publications.

All of us have to arrive to the club at 9.00am in the early morning and the training ends at 5.00pm, ending with a short test (which remind me my final exam during college time) and you will get a certificate valid for 3 years.

You will then be a certified First Aid & CPR citizen and to perform any rescue aid at anytime, anywhere internationally!

It sounds cool eh? Perhaps one day I will be able to perform a CPR on someone and break their ribs instead of rescuing them! Haha!

At this training, you will experience some incidents and you will be taught with some lessons and skills of perform an immediate response during an emergency cases during on-site (Especially for us who are working in exhibition stand build-up, which there will be certain level of risk)

If you are looking for something really hot & spicy, you should go to this place called “Restaurant Chicken Hot Pot” which is located at Taman Usahawan Kepong.

This is one of our favorite place for lunch, where they serve really fast food inclusive of chicken, pork ribs, dinosaur ribs (Pork), spicy shrimps and others. They can be served in either not spicy at all, of 3 different levels of spicy. It’s just like the Nando’s Peri Peri.

The price range for the Chicken Hot Pot is about RM15.00+ - RM25.00+ and it depends on what kind of side dishes that you are picking.

The full address is : 11, Jln Metro Perdana Berat 2, Tmn Usahawan Kepong, Kepong Utara, 51200 KL

While our original workstation is being renovated, we were temporary moved to 2nd floor since 3 weeks ago.
This place is warm & cozy with all the laughter of all colleagues, so the noisy that you could not hear what is the client talking in the phone and sometimes, they do ask me : “Are you guys partying?”

This place was voted as the favorite place comparing our last working area, but soon we are going to move to third floor by next week once the renovation work has been done.
We will then have a much more bigger space comparing last few months ago.

The left lower corner table is my workstation by the way =)

It has been so many years ago I went to Clarke Quay. It looks totally different from the last time I visited this place, which is about more than 10 years ago.

Check out the Esplanade Singapore!
When my friend tells me that he is going to be my companion to see the 2 big Durians at Suntec, I was like : What ?!

I have quite some time to go to Esplanade for morning and night as my build up time is quite flexible, and I am staying nearby to the hall.

When you are cravings for authentic Taiwanese Beef Noodles, the most decent place would be Lai Lai Family Restaurant, which is conveniently located along Liang Seah Street, Bugis.

The restaurant has a very nice ambiance by having a smoking and non-smoking area, with the cozy seatings.

Every single bite of the pieces of beef & tendons, it’s so juicy and fresh.

Each of the set come with a side dish, too.
A set like the above inclusive of a drink costs about SGD 15.00 ++

Yami Yogurt has been around in Singapore for quite some time.
During my last visit to Singapore, my friend Paul Tan whos working with Yami Yogurt brought me to Suntec to taste the famous Yami Yogurt.

I personally tried the medium cup with Peach Flavor added with some peanuts & watermelon toppings. It’s pretty good in combination and it taste just perfect with all the peanuts.

A cup of Yami Yogurt will cost about SGD 6.00 if I can remember.
It’s available at most of the stores nationwide in Singapore.

I’ve never seen anyone who can write upside down, using his mouth, using 2 pens at the same time, or even using the legs.
Here you go!

Did you see any difference?

Again, any difference?

Merlion signifies Singapore.

The night when I arrived to Singapore, my college best friend went along with me to this area called Esplanade and we walked over to Fullerton, which is just some short distance from Bugis to Suntec, from Suntec to Esplanade.
It’s a distance of about 45 minutes walk from my hotel which is located at Bugis.

It’s a very “Uniquely Singapore” that night, very stunning views.

That’s Paul Tan!
