My colleagues has actually planned this few months earlier.

This is a compulsory team building event involving the marketing people, sales team, design gallery, artists and production team.

The entire programme was planned thoroughly by the marketing people by outsourcing to a company called “Eneres” and they are our facilitators for this 2 days programme.

The bad thing is, this resort is a bad place to run team building event, they have bad pool, worst food in the entire Port Dickson, bad environment, and the most interesting thing is, they have a sea which is in black color.

That is totally awful!

By the way, that’s Casa Rachado Resort. Well, this is just a blogger’s honest review.

We left Pico Office and we arrived to Casa Rachado at about 12.30 in the afternoon, which is a little late from our planned schedule. We were greeted by the Eneres team at the entrance of Casa Rachado, and we were brought into a function room for an Ice Breaking Programme.

This is where we went - Casa Rachado MAA Training Resort

We have to do this, create our own so called “flag” with the team’s name accordingly to one of the movies, which my team’s name is “Wanted”

Here, we need to re-arrange this by remembering the visions, missions, core purpose and core values.

We were then brought into our rooms, It seems like it was being built decades ago.

Come back tomorrow at 8.00am to see what is happening next?
