Kelly, a very clumsy friend of mine. A date last night brought us together again for a dinner at Nando’s @ Pavilion, following with a movie of “Run Papa Run”.
Someone says the movie is boring, someone says it sucks, but I’d rate it at 7/10.
Kelly has been a good talkative companion of mine since 2 years back.
We had our dinner at Nando’s before the movie starts.
We ordered this chicken sausages as appetizer, the meat is awesome by dipping it into Garlic Peri-Peri or Extra Peri-Peri!
Again, another half chicken of Extra Peri-Peri! We love spicyness!
You can resist the temptation of spicyness, but you can’t resist the cuteness of this cute coconut head.
After our spicyness, we went for a movie of “Run Papa Run” - Nipple on a Smiling Tiger!
Being too much busy in the past few weeks, we catched up each other for this night gathering at this location called “Look Out Point” which is located at Taman Putra, Ampang.
From the foot of the hill, it takes only about 5minutes to drive up hill.
We were at the Gasoline Cafe.
Accordingly to my new met friends, this place is expanded much more comparing the last time.
All of them are professional cameramans, and we have our own machines in hand!
Michelle, Gideon, Me, Nigel & Randy

Last week, I was at a temple which I used to go since I was young. It is the anniversary celebration of the goddess.
Joss stick burning is an everyday practice in traditional Chinese religion. There are many different types of joss sticks used for different purposes or on different festive days. Many of them are long and then and are mostly colored yellow, red, and on a lesser scale, black. Thick joss sticks are used for special ceremonies, such as funerals. Spiral joss sticks are also used on a regular basis, which are found hanging above temple ceilings, with burn times that are exceedingly long. In some states, such as Taiwan, Singapore, or Malaysia, where they celebrate the Ghost Festival, large, pillar-like dragon joss sticks are sometimes used.
The price of joss sticks can range from a few dollars to hundreds of dollars, depending on where the joss sticks were made. Low-quality joss sticks are cheap and can be found anywhere from a gods material shop to a supermarket, and many of the cheap joss sticks are made mechanically. Some may be harmful to the lungs, produce bad smells, and cause quick blackening on walls when burnt.
High-quality joss sticks from mainland China or Taiwan use natural resins, spices, and herbs, with less fillers such as sawdust and glue to hold the stick together and are not harmful to inhale. Higher-quality incense also use less added fragrant oils to enhance the smell and instead rely the quality of the main ingredients in the incense mix to be fragrant. The burn time, the stability of the burn, as well as the lack of heat in the falling ashes are all signs of quality in the joss sticks.
Candles are a traditional part of Buddhist ritual observances. Along with incense and flowers, candles (or some other type of light source, such as butter lamps) are placed before Buddhist shrines or images of the Buddha as a show of respect. They may also be accompanied by offerings of food and drink. The light of the candles is described as representing the light of the Buddha’s teachings, echoing the metaphor of light used in various Buddhist scriptures.

Another successful event at Pavilion KL - TOD’S Boutique Launch!
With the good coordination of the client, this event manage to put out a good show to the invited guests including Deborah Henry, Bernie Chan, Deanna Yusoff, Elaine Daly, Lina Teoh and others.
The store has begun its operation since few months ago, and the official opening of this boutique is on the 30th of April 2008! The entire setup took the whole night to be completed.
Red carpet was laid at the entrance for welcoming the guests.
The setup of the entire event area, grand + glamor + classy.
I love this flower arrangement, which was being done by one of the supplier appointed by the client.
Gommino wall, every single piece of shoe was magneted onto the wall by fabricating a hidden piece of metal behind the wooden surface, and having a magnet in the shoe.
This is the attraction of the event.
Glass display showcase, another piece of attraction.
My client from Turkey was here for the exhibition last week, he brought so many of the Turkish Delights to share it with the local Malaysian exhibition visitors.
Before hand, I will do some explanation here. Turkish Delight is a kind of sweet manufactured in Turkey, it tastes very very sweet as if like you are eating a piece of honey.
In Turkey, Turkish pronounce “Honey” as “H-o-o-o-o-n-e-y”.
He says something to me …
Client : Benghan, had you tried our Turkish Delight?
Me : Yes, it’s very sweet! Client : Yes, if you eat too much, you will get a lot H-o-o-o-n-e-y. Its very very sweet.
Me : What? Eating too much will get horny? Client : Yes, we are getting too much H-o-o-o-o-n-e-y eating this. We don’t really eat this in Turkey.
Me : Ya, I am getting too much horny too! I had so many of them since yesterday. Client : Ha Ha Ha ! Nah, don’t eat too much, it’s very sweet!
After a round of visiting other exhibition stands seeing different clients, i began to think … Eating delights will get horny? What the …
Gosh, it’s just about the pronunciation . It’s supposingly to be “Honey” but not “Horny”.
