Rojak Ah Chai, Teluk Intan
Good news for Rojak Lovers!
If you happen to visit Teluk Intan, you must go to this Rojak Stall, just located at the same street of the Pasar Pagi. If you are still unsure, give me a call at my mobile and I will lead the way.
My mom grows in Teluk Intan and since she is in primary school, Rojak Ah Chai is just a small stall on bicycle. The aunty has made it as a well-known Rojak Ah Chai and it is still famous even after 40 years.
The stall is now running by her son and herself is still helping in processing the Rojak.

The sauce is simply delicious and the biscuits is so crispy! It’s my first time eating this Rojak Ah Chai and whenever if I happen to pay a visit to Teluk Intan, I will surely return for more!

I never try Penang Rojak and furthermore, I don’t really know how to differentiate the rojak between Penang and Teluk Intan’s.

Agree, my mom says so too … She had their rojak since she was young when they are selling the rojaks using their bike at roadside.
