Fishing Village, Bagan Lipas
An almost abandoned and polluted fishing village, a place where all there young man away from the home and went looking for the challenges in the city - Bagan Lipas Fishing Village.

A place where I went to visit the aunty since I was young, the place is even worse than before, it has so many broken trunks and the seabed is terribly polluted.
However, it is still a very good spot for photography lovers.

This is the place where Bagan Lipas villages leave to the sea for fresh catches, and my uncle is one of the fisherman on the boat.

At this place, there are so many abandoned houses, abandoned halls, everyone in the village has a very low maintainence on their daily life. I bet they don’t even know what is a blog. They have not much knowledge on I.T.
It’s just a plain rural area.

It’s located at Bagan Lipas (Sabak Bernam)
So Now You Know … !

Your trip reminded me of my secondary school field trip to a fishing village in Johor. They have exactly the same hall in the photo - with fans in the ceiling and nets being laid out, and everybody tend to their nets in the hall every evening or night. It’s sad to hear about the state of abandonment in the village
the wreckage of boats and collapsed walkways saddens me. What kind of pollution is there exactly? An oilspill will be the worst.

i always love fishing village. very peace and calm. and there’s the sea. my uncle lives at a fishing village in kuala selangor, though the infrastructure, entertainment is not so good. if got 1 big shopping mall, or train to city. then it will be perfect.
