It has been a while, I was busy with some projects in Langkawi and KLCC. I have no time to hang out with my friends to taste new food until the day, I met up with my buddies all the way from Klang to Pavilion KL.

Many of you heard of and seen Ichiban Ramen at most of the shopping mall outlets.

With client’s request, I dropped by Restaurant Saloma during my last visit to the L’Oreal’s event at Zouk.

Restaurant Saloma has it’s unique decorative design and traditional taste, with full facilities for functions. There are so many companies had their product launching, annual dinner, anniversary celebration and many more.

Restaurant Saloma can be visible from the main road.

Handicraft, South Africa

Thursday, December 20th, 2007 26 views

Guess what, I have a surprise from a far far away client - South Africa.By arranging her stand at GK3, she brought me a surprise from South Africa! This is so unbelievable!

This piece of handcraft is simply special and unique and it can’t be easily bought in Malaysia. Every single wire was inserted with beads and it is finally bent and shaped into whatever you want it to be.

Appreciate it.

Merry Christmas!

Right after LIMA Langkawi, it’s all about GK3!

Many friends are asking me what is Gk3 about, and I seriously don’t have any idea on what the exhibitors from all over the world came to Kuala Lumpur Gk3 for.

Due to some reason, the team built up the entire exhibition throughout the night and I did not sleep for at least 30 hours.

When the clock ticks at 9.00am, the Deputy Prime Minister walks into the hall with bunch of reporters.

Deputy PM stopped by every single unique part of the exhibition and commented.

Above image will be the telecentre wall.

This is how the telecentre village looks like. People are able to sit down to attend presentations.

GKP (Global Knowledge Partnership) is already 10 years old and they celebrated their anniversary at Restaurant Saloma at Jalan Ampang on the 10th December 2007. The piece of handprints was brought over to the exhibition.

With the UNESCO’s facilities, the antenna was installed high up to send the signals to the walkman which is distributed all over the place. The visitors can simply listen to the headphones as the people are talking through the microphone inside the studio built in the hall.

“Listen to the live radio broadcast”

Exhibitors can place their books and posters here, as there are book racks and poster racks. They can simply flip through the poster racks and to pick up their preferred posters from the pigeon holes underneath.

The grand meeting room upstairs, this is the best place for the important people to meet up for business purposes. The meeting room is meant to accommodate at least 16 people, with the facility of a flip chart and power points.

The Market of Opportunities (MOO).

The Partnership Initiative Launch Pad (GK3 Stage). This is where the big GK3 Logo is. It emphasizes the entire event.

Come back for more happening photos at Gk3 !

LIMA Aerospace 2007

Thursday, December 13th, 2007 37 views

The build up period for the client’s stand at LIMA Aerospace 2007 is a tiring one. It takes up about 4-5 days to complete the stand with some numbers of manpower.

I even meet my ex-colleague Tan Eng Seen at LIMA. He is now with Pico Art Singapore.

After all hiccups, the fabricators manage to complete the client’s stand on time. This is how it looks like.

HAL stands for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. According to the client, they have 16 factories in India with more than 30,000 staffs.

They requested this “Ordinary Meeting Room” for business purposes.

I love the bright lightings!

Accordingly to the client, this model cost about RM100k.

Even AirAsia!

Another huge pelmet setup for the client, the blue color corporate color simply match the entire design and it has it’s own corporate taste.

This plane operates without any pilot.

Command & Conquer, familiar with this machine?

This is one of Sukhoi’s aircraft model.

I have no idea who is FINMECCANIC.

The RNM was there, too!

Been to Langkawi from 26 November 07 - 4 November 07, and it has finally launched!

Stay tuned for the upcoming GK3 Exhibition Photos!
