The Airport Story.
Once upon a time, Mei Qin wants to leave to Canada to continue pursuing her studies there. So, she must leave.
Then, she packs up and she left happily without tears.
After work at 7.00pm, i went home to have a bath and i left my house at 8.30pm. Met a few of traffic jam when i am on the way and i sped my way to KLIA so that i can still catch Mei Qin before she enters the gate. Luckily, i got myself there on time and i met Mei Qin!

This is where i love to walk on it or even run on it, creating the momentum and there you go!

So many Arabians in the airport

We must camwhore before she leaves

Mei Qin, a tough sweet girl never cry and she went in the gate saying good bye to me. What a lousy photographer i am! Blur shots, can’t see pretty face.

The International Departure Hall

Can you spot little Hobbit Mei Qin?

There she goes until we see her next 2-3 years time!
Things that we did together, although some short but its memorable ones.
For me, Mei Qin is my best friend and this is what i promised her as i was unable to send her off during her last departure from KLIA.

Daily Say : I met my old sweet pretty friend at PC Fair when i am trying to look for Canon IXUS 850IS. She is so much more matured comparing last time. Remember 5 years ago she is a small little playful girl. Human will definitely change, especially girls, becoming prettier and prettier.
Ok fine, after researching and been asking around, finally, i got a new toy again!
Resigning from my previous job, i got no more camera to take my daily shots. (Used to have a Battery Operated SONY Digital Camera) On last Sunday, I was supposed to be at PWTC to setup IPMEX07 but last minute it was cancelled. Therefore, i made up my mind and thinking to get myself a Digital Camera at PC Fair.
I did compared Canon IXUS 850IS and SONY Cybershot T100. I don’t like the features offered by SONY Cybershot T100. Canon IXUS 850IS has much more features comparing the T100. Most importantly, it has Wide-Angle! I can cover much more area and i can even take nearer shots of sceneries or group photos. Not forgetting, it has Digital Macro, i can take Macro Shots as near as 3CM!
After surveying for a few stalls, some stall owners trying to mark up the price too much. Although the brochure is showing the price of RM1499.00 but they are offering the “lowest” price of RM1429.00.
Researching rocks, i told the stall owner that the lowest price that i manage to get on the internet is RM1290.00 or RM1350.00. The stall owner and the sales girl discussing mouth to ears, and finally they are offering me the price which was mentioned earlier. After asking around for 3 stalls, i noticed that the lowest price is around RM1350.00. Ok, now, ask for what kind of free gifts that they are offering.
Stall 1 (RM1370.00) :
- Camera Pouch
- 1GB Memory Card
- Screen Protector
- Wrist Strap
- 12 Months 6% Installment
Stall 2 (RM1340.00) :
- Camera Pouch
- 1GB Memory Card
- Golf Umbrella
- Screen Protector
- Wrist Strap
- 12 Months 0% Installment
Stall 3 (RM1350.00) :
- Camera Pouch
- 2GB Dont-Know-What-Brand Memory Card (Come with 1 Year Warranty)
- Golf Umbrella
- Canon Backpack
- Canon Wrist Strap
- Canon Neck Strap
- Screen Protector
- Canon Wind Jacket
- 12 Months 0% Installment
Of course, commonsense, although the Stall 3 is offering me slightly RM10.00 more, but they are giving more gifts comparing the rest. Therefore, deal.
Things to check before purchasing camera:
- Survey the price on the internet and compare at least 3 sellers and above. Check what is the best price that they can offer, and what kind of gifts that they will be giving as free gift.
- Of course, check the reputation of the internet seller if you are planning to purchase from them.
- If you are planning to get one, note down the lowest price on the internet and bring over to any of the PC Fair which will happen 3 times in a year. Bargain your best price with the PC Fair Stall Owners and ask for more free gifts.
- If you are purchasing the machine at PC Fair, make sure you ask around for at least 4-5 stalls before you make the final decision. Some stalls offer lower price but the items that they are giving is not that much comparing the stall which is offering higher price.
- Make sure the machine that you are going to buy, equipped with the basic items like Charger, Battery, Memory Card.
Don’t purchase camera which is : -
- Battery Operated (This will consume you a lot of expensive batteries)
- Without image stabilizer (To prevent blurry images)
- Flash which can make your face looks pale (To prevent you looking too pale and white)
My Free Gifts are : -
- Golf Umbrella
- Canon Wind Jacket
- Canon Neck Strap
- Canon Wrist Strap
- Memory Card 2GB
- Screen Protector
- Canon Camera Pouch
- Canon Backpack
Everything at the price of RM1350.00 with 12 months 0% installment. I’d say, i am pretty satisfied with the deal.
Now, i love my machine so much. All the photos from this post onwards, it will be taken using Canon IXUS 850IS.

Daily Say : Monday, it’s my 3rd week of working in my new job. I am start getting used to it but have to keep learning from my colleagues. I was told that this is not an easy job and it’s tough yet challenging. Of course, I’d prefer to be a workaholic rather than being slack and have nothing much to do. Mei Qin is leaving tonight, i am seriously feeling so down, no one will entertain me and let me make joke out of her anymore. Hahahahaa! =p
The famous Jogoya Japanese Buffet, have you been?

You will need this clip to order some food which they will cook and deliver it to you
At the expensive rate of RM88.00 plus plus, you get to taste the fresh catches which will definitely melt in your mouth.

Mei Qin & I went to have our dinner on Thursday right after my work at PWTC IPMEX 07 Exhibition. Well, fine, i am feeling so smelly.

You will need to pay before you enter their premises, by either Cash or Credit Card. During weekdays, no worries that you have no seats. You will only need to book seats on weekends. If any of you going the next time, I’d suggest you to inquire Jogoya on how to eat VIP food.

I am still missing it ! Slurrrppp!
There are so much of food for you to choose from, including the Appetizers (Cold Choices), Main Courses (Steamed, Baked, etc), Desserts, Drinks, etc.

We had these, too!

Fresh Oysters!
Now, take a look of how Mei Qin eats her Oyster. We had one Oyster each, not used to it. Mei Qin says, eating oysters can make you horny!

Meet Mr Scallop, Mr Prawn, Mr Cuttlefish, Mr Salmon. They are all fresh and cold, appetizers.

Meet Mr Fish Skin, Mr King Crab (See the white color thing on top of mushrooms?), Mr Sotong. Mr King Crab is a little bit over-cooked.
Not forgetting, i get to order a Salmon head and i tasted it and end up i can’t finish the whole head. I only manage to eat 15% of the head. Overall, we took very small portion of every single food just to taste the food. Just a small portion to share. Too bad you can’t take much photos at the Buffet Area.
Now that’s our last ‘dating’ before she goes back to Canada to continue with her studies as a future Nutritionist.
So, who want to go Jogoya with me next time? I am planning to go in a bigger group to enjoy VIP privileges. This time, i am going to have a better wider photography session with the food!

Food that we’ve tasted in Jogoya Starhill:-
- Fresh Salmon Slices
- Fresh Squid Slices
- Baked Mussels
- Cheese Oyster
- Baked Oyster
- Baked Prawn
- Prawn Tempura
- Eels
- Chicken Satay
- Some kind of snails
- Salmon Fish Head
- Imported Coconut
- Fresh Cuttlefish
- King Crab
- Too many to mention
Now you see it in One Week Basis!
Today spent: RM202.40 (Each of us have to pay RM101.20)

Daily Say : Mei Qin is leaving on 13 August 2007, 10.50pm from KL International Airport. I miss having fun with her, i miss cam-whoring with with naughty girl. She has so much complaints to me and once she has left to Canada for University Re-Opening, not sure when we can meet again. Question is, even after 3 years when she is back to Malaysia, will we know each other well, anymore?
After having our Buffet Dinner at Jogoya, we loitered around Starhill for some photoshooting. Starhill has so much of landscaping and nice colorful furnitures to make it a perfect photo shooting spot.
Of course, you will need a sweet pretty model, too. (But this model has a big tummy since she has eaten so much of Japanese Buffet)
Mei Qin - A Naughty MQ Doido

How nice if you can make this a wallpaper? I have the original size of 3072 x 2304 pixels. Can zoom into her big big.

Daily Say: Today, I’m back in the office and i got nothing much to do excepting surfing the old files and trying to understand more on the operation procedures. I checked my gmail using my N70 and noticed that SHARP Electronics request to view my resume and the position that they are hiring is System Engineer. Of course, it doesn’t suit me and therefore, turned down.
Finally, IPMEX 2007 was launched at PWTC Hall 1 & Hall 2.
The exhibition was so professionally done and well presented. The machines are running in order and printing in order. Seriously this is my first time seeing the engravings, lasers and the big inkjet machines printing on big tarpaulin. If you’ve seen a Acrylic before, imagine the laser is engraving the Acrylic and later on cutting the Acrylic all using laser! It is quick & easy, what you need to do is just to program your design into the computer system, and the machine will do the magic.

FUJI Xerox booth at IPMEX 2007
Seeing different designs for different stands, they painted the booths to make it looks real clean and tidy so that it can be presented to the visitors. That is why you can always see the clean & huge booth at PC Fair or some other exhibitions.

PrinterTec at IPMEX 2007

HP at IPMEX 2007

Canon at IPMEX 2007
Canon has a preview of their “ImagePRESS C7000VP”. This is where i met my old friend whom i knew her at my previous company. Her name is Sabrina.

And seriously i have no idea why Printing Exhibition is related to a automobile like this. Is that an attraction or is that a something else?
The machines are seriously precise in printing the large prints, and now i understand how the big scale printing was printed.

Using all these stupid heavy big machines.
Remember in my previous posts, there is a paper cutting machine? This is how it looks like. Just a small one, there are many more brands and even 2-4 times bigger than this.

The paper cutting machine

Glue-Binding Machine
See a stack of papers? When the thing goes through the glue on the machine, it will be automatically glued and that is how you will have a glue-binded book.

Another busy day, i just back from work. See what time i am posting this post now?
Today started to have some hiccups for Jennifer’s stands. The arrangements for the structure was placed wrongly and partly have to be removed and fix it back again. It’s time consuming and it takes up to many human power to get the things done.
True, working together with my colleagues which is about more than 50 people, i get to know many different people who is in charge of different thing. I get to know more and more names after my 6th day of work.

Of course, boredom strikes me. I walk and walk around having nothing to do. Watching the operations of the machines and seeing how the big papers got printed so quickly. Trying to understand part of it but it is still so complicating! Gosh.
Today, the 6th day, I’m getting used to my new job and i am starting to learn more things from the senior colleagues, seeing new faces!
Seeing nothing to do, I’ve spoken to the Roger’s Worker (Roger is a Worldwide Mover). Seriously they are so knowledgeable to move all the stupid fat heavy machines from the ship to the truck, from the truck to the ground, from the ground to the forklifts, from the forklifts to the designated locations. It is not difficult nor simple, it requires a precise planning so that the inner part of the exhibition hall can be filled up with required machines before the outer part, this is to ensure no obstruction.
There are so many heavy machines like 3 tonnes, 10 tonnes! I’ve seen some machine packaging (Wooden Big Boxes) which they are so going to re-use after the entire exhibition, so that they can send it back to the original location. There is red color thing sticked on the Wooden Box for shock prevention. Once if the red color thing detected any single simple shock, the thing will turns from white to red and the entire Wooden Box Packaging shall not be used anymore. Which mean, the movers have to be extra careful when they are lifting it up and when they are dropping it off on ground.
Tomorrow gonna continue.

At Danga Bay, you can do whatever you want to do.

Bringing your girlfriend there to have a sweet romantic dinner, giving her a warm cozy hug, bringing her to dine on the cruise.

Danga Bay, specially built to cater the couples, this is what i was told.

You can even take your rides on these! It’s so the romantic riding this all over Danga Bay.

You won’t see this in KL anymore, but we saw this in Johor Bahru - Danga Bay!

The Toy Machines! We manage to try this machine at Danga Bay!

My friend manage to catch a Mashimaro but before it reaches the outlet, it drops. Wtf.

But with his effort, he manage to catch one in the end.

This is how it works : Slot in 1 token to start the game, move your joystick to your desired point and press the yellow button to move the thing down, press again to catch the toy.
If it’s caught properly, you manage to win a soft toy. Otherwise, you win nothing.

This is a real machine comparing Genting’s one. You can win real token but not winning tickets to exchange those stupid toys.
“Money makes money!”

This is a very simple yet tricky thing to play with, but if you are lucky, you might win 4-7 tokens by inserting 1 token.

Remember in HK drama, we saw them netting the fish using a piece of paper?
Here, look at the aunty.
