Original Sarawak Laksa, Kuching

Written on July 17, 2007 – 12:00 am | by Beng Han | 155 views

Before leaving from KL to Sarawak, my friends keep ‘yelling’ at me saying that i must go and try Sarawak Laksa.

Ok, fine fine!! =)

I’m wandering how special it is, and why the food was so recommended by my fellow friends who origin from Sarawak. Again, thanks to Mikel and Tony for the directions, for the arrangements and everything!

Located 200meters away from Kingwood Inn Kuching, we had our Sarawak Laksa here, at Chong Choon Cafe.

This is how the shop looks like.

. Presenting Sarawak Laksa!

Sarawak Laksa with Big Prawns and Milk Curry Laksa Paste, Sluurrrrppp! Give it a bite and you are like heavenly spic’ied’, scooping the soup and taste it, you will feel the difference of what is Kuala Lumpur Laksa and Sarawak Laksa!

Mee Kolo! Taste more like Maggi Mee =P I have no comment for this … But if it’s your first time visiting Sarawak, it is a MUST to do a tasting + testing on this.

So Now You Know … !
